Hey, my name's Louis and over the the past 4 years I have helped over 100 people achieve their body and fitness goals through my online or face to face programmes.

STEP 1: JOIN THE CHALLENGE

Before you can achieve your 8 week transformation, you'll need to take the first step, which is always the hardest!

This means overcoming that voice in your head that tries to hold you back

STEP 3: RECEIVE YOUR TRAINING PROGRAMME

I've never trained before, is it ok for me to do the challenge ?
Honestly, you're probably in a better position to anyone else because you're starting fresh! no bad habits to fix AND your body is likely to respond faster exercise compared to someone who has trained in the past.

And if you have signed up to the training app, all exercises will have a full explanation and tutorial so you will know you're doing them correctly.
I've tried to lose weight in the past, will this really be different? 
So, if you've tried to lose weight in the past and even succeeded but still managed to put it back on, it sounds like you were missing one vital ingredient - MINDSET

One of the biggest focus areas of the L8 challenge is having the right mind set, it can honestly be the element that makes or breaks your long term success.

What if I don't have a gym membership?
